From student, to creator

As a member of the social media team, I made 50+ videos following the brand voice and messaging of Indiana University. By the end of my internship, I learned how to film various forms of vertical content, how to ideate brand-friendly copywriting, and how to use Sprout Social during the post-production and planning stage.

Messaging + Voice

Consistently sharing compelling content on social media helps to shape IU's brand messaging and voice. By highlighting student life and campus, IU can position itself as a dynamic and inclusive institution committed to student success and well-being.

Feedback + Engagement

Through facilitating two-way communication between Indiana University and its students, alumni, and stakeholders, a successful strategy of engaging with comments, messages, and feedback, is consistently implemented. IU can then gain valuable insights and analytics on its community and prepare to strategize for the future.
